With the global template you will have a single strategy to optimize the alignment of business processes and IT systems. The Global template typically contain the core 80% of customer business processes and remaining 20% is defined and configured during the rollout project.

The rollout project team implements the defined template solution package in local entities. The solution package contains business process configuration, developments (interfaces, conversions, reports, etc.), documentation, the template installation guide that is to be implemented in local unit.
